RAVE PROGRAMS:

    The RAVE package contains the following programs:

    • ave -> single-crystal averaging
    • coma -> find NCS mask using local correlation map
    • comap -> combining multiple maps (multiple-xtal averaging)
    • comdem -> combining multiple maps (multiple-domain averaging)
    • crave -> generate C-shell scripts for multiple-crystal form averaging
    • dataman -> Wilson-scaling of multiple data sets
    • essens -> real-space convolution, e.g. to detect helices and strands in experimental maps
    • solex -> extract best solution(s) from ESSENS runs and attempt to auto-trace helices and strands
    • spancsi -> investigate possible differences in average Bs between NCS-related molecules, and average taking this into account
    • imp -> automatic improvement of NCS-operators
    • mama -> mask manipulation and more
    • mave -> multiple-crystal averaging
    • mapman -> manipulation of maps
    • ncs6d -> finding NCS operators
    • mapfix -> set map title and add symmetry operators
    • mappage -> convert map into DSN6 file (unsupported)
    • site2rt -> find RT operators between crystal forms from sites
    • maskit -> find cross-crystal mask using local correlation map
    • o2d -> utility program to convert plot files into PostScript
